smart (Malaysia) launched a new loyalty program powered by Geno’s W3-D2C blockchain system on December 3rd, 2024. The approach ensures customer can earn points for everyday activities such as social interactions, referrals, and driving.
Three weeks since launch, wallet (app account) registration has tripled compared to previous practice. Customer engagement from registration to test drive has doubled; dealers are requesting to purchase points for their sales engagement.
Scope
A platform that enable OEM/dealer’s engagement with customer directly, with all new smart points mechanism powered by Geno blockchain, virtual showroom, and new burning scenarios (ie. E-mall, EV charging credits).
