These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, APIs, stablecoin orchestration services, and digital applications operated by Geno Group Inc. and its affiliates ("Geno", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using any Geno Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Geno Services. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility and User Representation
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are accessing or using Geno Services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services & Regulatory Compliance
Geno provides enterprise-grade stablecoin orchestration, cross-border settlement tooling, and Web3 customer loyalty infrastructure to qualified enterprise clients and partners.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, sanction regimes (including OFAC, EU, UN, and local statutory requirements), and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) frameworks when utilizing any Geno Services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All patents, trademarks, service marks, brand assets, source code, UI designs, white papers, and technical documentation associated with Geno Services are the exclusive property of Geno Group Inc. or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Geno, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (or applicable operating jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
